Strawberry Bavarian Sponge Torte

Ingredients
  Strawberry gelatin 2 Ounce (2 Packs)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen sliced strawberries 20 Ounce, thawed (2 Packs)
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Pint, whipped
  Sponge cake 1 , cut into cubes
  Whipped cream 2 Tablespoon (For Decoration)
  Fresh berries 4 (For Decoration)
Directions

MAKING
1) Into the cup of boiling water, dissolve the gelatin
2) Tip in the berries and allow to thicken partially
3) Fold in 1/2 pint of the whipping cream
4) Add in cake cubes and toss to coat
5) Into a greased spongiform or large mixing bowl , empty in the tossed cake mixture
6) Place in the refrigerator to chill overnight
7) Onto a platter, turn out and decorate with whipped cream
8) Garnish with fresh berries

SERVING
9)Serve chilled
