German Potato Salad

MAKING
1 In a large pan, boil 3 potatoes for about 25 minutes or until a knife can be easily inserted.
2 Drain and allow to cool.
3 In another pan, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
4 Add in one cup of sliced onion and cook on medium heat.
5 Add 3 strips of bacon ans sprinkle with one teaspoon black pepper and one tablespoon salt.
6 Cook until the bacon has browned and break the strips apart using the spatula as shown in the video.
7 Pour in 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar.
8 Add in 1/4 cup sugar and cook until the sugar dissolves, on medium low heat.
9 Chop about 1 cup green onion and peel the potatoes.
10 Cut the potatoes into small pieces.
11 In a bowl, combine the potatoes with the bacon mixture.
12 Sprinkle with salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
13 Mix to combine well.

SERVING
14 Top with more bacon and green onion, serve warm.
