Flemish Chicory

Ingredients
  Chicory 2 Pound
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1
  Stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Rinse chicory and drain it well.
2.Take the bitter center part using a knife.

MAKING
3.Take a soked Romertopf, Add chicory in it with butter pieces of small size.
4.Add stock, lemon juice and pepper to it and cook for 30 minutes in hot oven.

SERVING
5.Serve hot with mashed ham and potatoes.
