Ingredients
  Sauerkraut juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomato juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Prepared horseradish 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, mix together sauerkraut juice, tomato juice and horseradish.
2) Mix well together.
3) Refrigerate the mixture until chilled.

SERVING
4) Serve chilled, garnish with slices of horseradish if desired.
