Microwaved Peach Kuchen

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Peaches/1 package of 20 ounces frozen peaches, defrosted and drained 5 Medium, peeled and sliced
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg yolk 1 , slightly beaten
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine flour, 1 tablespoon sugar, salt and baking powder in medium bowl; mix well.
Using a pastry blender, cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Turn mixture into baking pan, 8 x 8 inches.
Pat evenly over bottom and one-fourth way up the sides.
Arrange peaches on top of flour mixture.
Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over peaches.
Combine sourcream, egg yolkand vanilla; pour over peach mixture.
Bake 30 minutes on LOW MIX, 375°F or until juice begins to bubble.
Cool; cut into squares.
