German Cheese Tart

Ingredients
  Cornflour 2 Ounce
  Milk 1⁄2 Pint
  Eggs 2
  Grated cheese 3 Ounce
  Currants/Sultanas 2 Ounce, mixed
  7 inch baked pastry case 1
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Mix the cornflour smoothly with a little of the milk, then stir in the rest of the milk.
2. Add the beaten eggs, cheese and fruit.
3. Pour into the pastry case and bake for about 25-30 minutes in a moderately hot oven (370°f - Gas Mark 5).
