Pork Chops With Sauerkraut

Ingredients
  Center cut pork chops 18
  Sauerkraut 6 Pound
  Tomato paste 4 Tablespoon
  Sweet paprika 3 Tablespoon
  Caraway seeds 3 Tablespoon
  Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In skillet brown pork chops well.
Put sauerkraut in a casserole.
When chops are brown, drain drippings into sauerkraut.
Add tomato paste, paprika and caraway seeds.
Place chops on top of sauerkraut and add water, salt and pepper.
Cover.
Simmer about 1 hour until chops are very tender.
This casserole may be baked in the oven early in the day, if desired.
Serves 16 to 18.
