German Chocolate Pie

Ingredients
  German chocolate 4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Evaporated milk 1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cornstarch 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Coconut 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Pie shell 1 , unbaked (10 Inch)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

MAKING
2) In a pan, melt chocolate with butter.
3) Blend this mix well.
4) Remove the pan from heat.
5) Slowly stir in milk.
6) In a bowl, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt.
7) With eggs and vanilla, beat this mixture.
8) Slowly add to the chocolate mix. Blend the mix, gently
9) Into the uncooked pie shell, pour this mixture.
10) On top of the pie, sprinkle coconut and pecans.
11) Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.

SERVING
12) Serve warm with sweetened whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
