|All-purpose flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Sauerkraut||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sauerkraut with juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Caraway seed||1 Teaspoon|
1) In a small saucepan, heat the margarine over a medium heat until hot and bubbly, stir in the flour, stir constantly and cook for 1 minute.
2) Add the sauerkraut and caraway seed, mix well.
3) Simmer covered on a low heat, stirring occasionally for 4 to 6 minutes, until the mixture is thickened and thoroughly heated.
4) Serve immediately on a serving plate.
