Hot German Potato Salad With Imitation Bacon
|Vegetable oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), thinly sliced|
|Imitation bacon bits||2 Teaspoon|
|Cider vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Granulated sugar||1 Teaspoon|
|Potatoes||8 Ounce, peeled cooked, thinly sliced|
1) Take a small skillet and heat oil in it over medium heat.
2) Stir in onion slices and bacon bits and sautÃ© until slices are translucent.
3) Mix in vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper and cook until mixture begins to boil, stirring occasionally.
4) Stir in potatoes and sautÃ© them until heated well.
5) Serve hot at once.
