Ham Hock And Sauerkraut

Ingredients
  Ham hocks/Pork chops 2 Small
  Canned sauerkraut 14 Ounce, rinsed
  Potato 1 Large, cubed
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Small onion 1⁄2 , diced
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Cold water 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, place the hamhocks, sprinkle sauerkraut, and then pour water.
2) Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
3) In a pan, melt butter, saute onion and then stir in flour.
4) Add water and stir until the gravy thickens.
5) In the slow cooker pour all the ingredients, cover, and cook on high for 5-10 minutes.

SERVING
6) Check seasoning and serve.
