Bavarian Casserole

Ingredients
  Celery stalks 2 , chopped
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sage 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Beer 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pumpernickel bread cubes 4 Cup (64 tbs) (5 Slices)
  Cubed cooked pork 10 Ounce (2 Cups)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Heat oven at 375°F

MAKING
2) In a skillet heat butter. Sauté celery and onion till soft.
3) Add seasonings and beer.
4) In a 1 1/2 quart casserole arrange bread and pork.
5) Mix beer-vegetable mixture and stir lightly.
6) Bake covered for 30 to 35 minutes.

SERVING
7) Serve hot.
