Hearty Potato Sauerkraut Soup

Ingredients
  Chicken broth 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Canned cream of mushroom soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned sauerkraut 16 Ounce, rinsed and drained (1 Can)
  Fresh mushrooms 8 Ounce, sliced
  Potato 1 Medium, cubed
  Carrots 2 Medium, peeled and sliced
  Celery ribs 2 , chopped
  Smoked polish sausage 2 Pound, cubed (Kielbasa)
  Chicken 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), chopped, cooked
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Dill weed 2 Teaspoon, dried
  Pepper 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In large slow cooker combine all ingredients and cook with cover on Low 10-12 hours.

SERVING
2. If needed, skim fat to serve.
