Pork Roast With Sauerkraut

Ingredients
  Pork shoulder roast 6 Pound (2 Pieces, 3 Pound Each)
  Sweet bavarian sauerkraut with caraway seeds 1 1⁄4 Can (12.5 oz) (1 Large Can)
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry onion soup mix 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a cooker, place the roast.
2) Combine sauerkraut, brown sugar, and onion soup mix and then layer over roasts.
3) Pour water, cover, and cook on low for 7 hours.

SERVING
4) Season to taste and serve.
