Bavarian Cabbage

Ingredients
  Red cabbage head 1 Small, sliced
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Tart apples 3 , cored and quartered
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Bacon drippings 3 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a slow cooked, place all the ingredients in the listed order.
2) Cover the cooker and cook over low heat for 8 hours or over high heat for 3 hours.

SERVING
3) Serve hot after stirring properly.
