Pork And Sauerkraut

Ingredients
  Potatoes 4 Large, cubed
  Sauerkraut 32 Ounce, drained (1 Bag)
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Tart apple 1 Large, chopped
  Packed brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Caraway seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Minced garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Boneless pork loin roast 2 1⁄2 Pound
Directions

MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, put potatoes.
2) Combine all the other ingredients except pork and add in the slow cooker.
3) Place half of the sauerkraut mixture on top of the potatoes and then add in the roast.
4) Sprinkle the remaining sauerkraut mixture, cover, and cook on high for 3-4 hours.

SERVING
5) Season to taste and serve.
