German Potato Stuffing

Ingredients
  Shortening 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 8 Tablespoon (1 Stick)
  Potatoes 16 Large, pared and diced to make 16 cups
  Onions 3 Large, chopped
  Thinly sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  White bread crumbs 3 Cup (48 tbs) (6 Slices, Coarse Slightly Dry)
  Eggs 4
  Chopped parsley 6 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1.Take a large frying pan, heta shortening and butter or margarine in it.
2.Put potatoes, onions, celery, slat and pepper in it and cover lightly.
3.Heat the mixture on low flame for 30 minutes.
4.Keep mixing in between.
5.In a small bowl, put bread crumbs.
6.Drizzle milk on the crumbs and transfer the crumb mixture to the frying pan.
7.Add eggs and heat until cooked properly.
8.Once the flecks starts showing, turn off teh heat.
9.Add parsley and allow the stuffing to settle at room temperature.

SERVING
10.Use the stuffing as desired.
