Magic Bavarian Cream
|Evaporated milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Miniature marshmallows||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), packed|
|Lime gelatin||3 Ounce|
1. Pour milk into electric mixer bowl; chill until icy.
2. Dissolve gelatin and sugar in 1 cup boiling water; stir in 1 cup cold water. Chill gelatin until partially congealed.
3. Whip milk until stiff. Whip gelatin until fluffy. Fold milk and marshmallows into gelatin. Pour into pan or mold; refrigerate until firm.
4. Serve chilled
