Fruited Bavarian Cream
|Fruit cocktail||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Strawberry gelatin||3 Ounce|
|Raspberry gelatin||3 Ounce|
|Dessert topping mix||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped pecans||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Drain fruit cocktail, reserving syrup. Add enough water to syrup to equal 2 cups liquid.
2. Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups boiling water; stir in fruit cocktail liquid. Chill until almost firm.
3. Prepare dessert topping mix according to package directions.
4. Whip gelatin until fluffy; whip in dessert topping. Fold in fruit cocktail and pecans; pour into pan or mold. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
5. Serve chilled
