German Apple Pancake

Ingredients
  Eggs 6 , separated
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Melted butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Apples 3 , sliced
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, beat the egg yolks, add flour, butter, salt and milk
2. In another bowl, beat egg whites and fold into the yolk mixture
3. In a large skillet, heat about two tablespoons of butter and pour the batter in it
4. Add apple slices on top and cook for five minutes over a medium flame
5. Bake at 400°F for fifteen minutes

SERVING
6. Top with cinnamon and sugar before serving
