Reuben Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Catsup 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Canned sauerkraut 8 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Can)
  Shredded swiss cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pastrami 1⁄4 Pound, chopped
  Sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mustard 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine beef, crumbs, egg, catsup, and salt in bowl; mix well.
Combine sauerkraut, cheese, pastrami, sour cream, and mustard.
Place one third of meat mixture in loaf pan.
Spread with sauerkraut mixture.
Repeat meat mixture and sauerkraut mixture, topping with meat mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
