Ingredients
  Strawberry gelatin 6 Ounce (1 Package)
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Strawberry ice cream 1 Pint
  Frozen raspberries 20 Ounce (2 Packages, 10 Ounce Each)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Dissolve gelatin with boiling water.
Mix in sour cream until well mixed.
Transfer mixture to blender.
Add ice cream and blend well.
Transfer mixture back to bowl; add raspberries and lemon juice.
Stir until raspberries break up and mixture thickens.
Refrigerate overnight.
