Sweet Sour Cabbage

Ingredients
  Shredded cabbage 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Bacon slices 4 , diced
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, sliced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook shredded cabbage in boiling, salted water 7 minutes.
Fry bacon; remove bacon, add sugar and flour to bacon fat, blend.
Add water, vinegar and seasonings; cook until thick.
Add onion, diced bacon, and cabbage; heat through.
Serves 4 to 6.
