Chocolate Bavarian Cream
|Unflavored gelatin||2 Tablespoon|
|Hot water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Semi sweet chocolate pieces||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Light cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Crushed ice||1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 Heaping Cup)|
Put gelatin and hot water in blender container, cover and blend on high speed, 40 seconds.
Add chocolate pieces and sugar, cover and blend 10 seconds.
Leaving motor on, remove cover, add egg yolks, cream and add enough crushed ice to bring mixture to top of container.
Blend 2 minutes.
Pour into 1 qt. dessert mold and chill at least 2 hours.
