1.Put the skillet on heat and add bacon slices to it.
2.Cook the bacon until crisp and brown.
3.In a slowcooker put flour, sugar, water, salt, sugar, vinegar, cabbage and onions.
4.Add a tablespoon of the bacon drippings in the cooker.
5.Cover the cooker and put it on LOW heat for 6-7 hrs.
6.Once the cabbage is cooked, remove the cooker from heat.
7.Serve by tossing it over the cooked bacon.
