German Bratwurst Sausage

Bratwurst sausages are a delicious eat any time of the day. Whether you want to have a hearty snack or a complete meal, there are so many variations that make it an appetizing bite.
  Onion 1 , sliced fine into thin long pieces
  Green pepper 1 , sliced fine into thin long pieces
  Bratwurst sausages 4
  Ketchup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Barbecue sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste

Take a mixing bowl and mix in the ketchup, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, worchestershire sauce, sugar and salt. Marinate the sausage in it for 15-20 minutes. Grill till done.
Take a skillet and add in the onions and bell pepper. Pour the remaining marinade and sauté till the onions and pepper are soft and juicy and have soaked in all the marinade. Add in the sausages and sauté for a minute. Place the sausage in buns with the onion and pepper mixture. Enjoy!!
