German Bratwurst Sausage
|Onion||1 , sliced fine into thin long pieces|
|Green pepper||1 , sliced fine into thin long pieces|
|Ketchup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Barbecue sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
Take a mixing bowl and mix in the ketchup, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, worchestershire sauce, sugar and salt. Marinate the sausage in it for 15-20 minutes. Grill till done.
Take a skillet and add in the onions and bell pepper. Pour the remaining marinade and sauté till the onions and pepper are soft and juicy and have soaked in all the marinade. Add in the sausages and sauté for a minute. Place the sausage in buns with the onion and pepper mixture. Enjoy!!
