Quick Wiener Schnitzel
|Veal steak||2 Pound (1 Kilogram, 1/2 Inch Thick)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Cold milk||4 Tablespoon|
|Fine dry breadcrumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
1. Cut the veal into serving pieces and marinate the veal in about 4 tablespoons lemon juice for at least 1 hour at room temperature.
2. Dip the veal into seasoned flour, then into beaten eggs with the milk and then coat with breadcrumbs.
3. Fry in the oil until a golden brown.
