Boiled Spareribs and Sauerkraut

|Sauerkraut||2 Pound (1 quart)|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs) (adjust quantity as required)|
Drain off any brine that may come with sauerkraut.
Then put spareribs and drained sauerkraut in a deep kettle.
Cover with boiling water, and simmer for 1 hr or until spareribs are tender.
Then drain off liquor and serve.
