Spareribs and Sauerkraut

Ingredients
  Yellow onions 1⁄2 , sliced
  Sauerkraut 12 Ounce (Unsweetened)
  Spareribs 2 Pound
Directions

Set oven to 500°F.
Place onions in casserole dish.
Spread sauerkraut over onions.
Place ribs on top.
Brown in a 500°F oven for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350°F, cover tightly, and bake 1 hour.
