Creamy Pork And Sauerkraut

Ingredients
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Cubed cooked pork 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sauerkraut 16 Ounce, drained and rinsed (1 Can)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cook chopped onion in hot cooking oil till tender but not brown.
Add cubed pork, sauerkraut, water, paprika, and salt.
Cover and simmer till flavors are blended, about 20 minutes.
Stir in sour cream.
Heat through, but do not boil.
