Frank Vegetable Medley

Ingredients
  Frankfurters 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1 inch pieces (5 Pieces)
  Long grain rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen mixed vegetables 10 Ounce, slightly thawed
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Bottled hot pepper sauce 1 Dash
Directions

Combine frankfurters with remaining ingredients in 2-quart casserole, breaking up frozen vegetables with fork.
Bake, covered, at 375° for 1 hour or till heated through.
Stir once or twice during baking time.
