German Skillet Dinner

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Canned sauerkraut 16 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)
  Regular white rice 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), uncooked
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Ground beef chuck 1 Pound
  Salt 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
Directions

In large skillet, heat butter; spread sauerkraut over butter; sprinkle with rice and onion.
Top with chuck, salt, pepper and tomato sauce.
Cook, covered, over low heat, 25 to 30 minutes.
