Schaum Torte

Ingredients
  Egg whites 8
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Beat egg whites and salt about 10 minutes, until stiff but not dry.
Add sugar gradually and vinegar.
Beat 10 to 15 minutes longer.
Add vanilla.
Bake in spring torte pan.
Place in preheated oven 400°.
Turn off and leave torte in oven until cool. (2 to 3 hours)
