Fruit Bavarian Cream

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope, Plain)
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Granulated sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Boiling water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mashed strawberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped (Light / Heavy)
Directions

Soak the gelatin in the cold water for 5 min.
Add with lemon juice, sugar, and salt to the boiling water, and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Chill until it begins to thicken, then stir in fruit.
Fold in the whipped cream, and chill until set.
If light cream is used, whip as in Whipped Light Cream, Method I.
In serving, garnish with additional fruit, if desired.
