Strawberry Bavarian Cream
|Frozen strawberries||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Ounce (2 Envelopes)|
|Cold water/Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Crushed ice||1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 Heaping Cup)|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Defrost the berries and heat one-half cup juice to simmering. In the container of an electric blender place the gelatin and liquids, cover and blend forty seconds.
2. Add the sugar and eggs, cover and blend five seconds. Add the berries, cover and blend five seconds. Add the ice and cream, cover and blend twenty seconds.
3. Pour the mixture into an oiled four-cup mold or spoon into serving dishes. Chill several hours.
