Oven Barbecued Frankfurters

Ingredients
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped onion/2 tablespoons dehydrated onion flakes 3 Ounce
  Catsup 2 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Frankfurters 12 Ounce, cut in half lengthwise
Directions

In saucepan combine water, onion, catsup, vinegar, dry mustard, paprika, and pepper; bring to boil.
Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes.
Arrange frankfurters side by side in shallow 9x9-inch baking dish.
Cover with onion-catsup mixture and bake at 350°F.
for 30 to 40 minutes.
Divide evenly.
