German Pancakes

Ingredients
  Eggs 4
  Flour 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Grease two 9-inch round pans.
In medium mixing bowl, beat eggs slightly.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Pour batter into pans.
Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350°; continue baking for 10 minutes.
Slide onto plates.
Serve with fruit.
