Roast Pork And Sauerkraut
|Pork drippings||2 Tablespoon|
|Undrained sauerkraut||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Caraway seed||1 Teaspoon|
|Cooked roast pork||4 (4 servings)|
1. Heat drippings in a 2-quart glass casserole in microwave oven (15 to 30 seconds at HIGH).
2. Add undrained sauerkraut and caraway seed to drippings. Cover with an all-glass lid or waxed paper. Heat in microwave oven 7 minutes at HIGH; stir twice.
3. Place roast pork on top of sauerkraut. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat covered in microwave oven to serving temperature (4 to 5 minutes at BAKE).
