Blueberry Rice Bavarian
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon lime carbonated beverage||7 Ounce (1 Bottle)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Cooked long grain rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped|
|Blueberries/Well drained frozen blueberries||2 Cup (32 tbs), drained|
In saucepan, combine gelatin, sugar, and dash salt.
Add water; heat and stir till gelatin dissolves; remove from heat; cool.
Stir in carbonated beverage, lemon juice, and cooked long-grain rice.
Chill till partially set.
Carefully fold in whipped cream and blueberries.
Spoon into sherbet glasses; chill till set.
