Strawberry Bavarian

Ingredients
  Frozen strawberries 16 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
  Cold milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Tablespoon (2 Envelopes)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Crushed ice 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained
Directions

Drain strawberries, reserving 1/2 cup juice.
Bring juice to a boil in a small saucepan.
Combine milk, gelatin, and hot juice in container of electric blender; blend about 1 minute.
When gelatin is dissolved, add sugar, strawberries, egg yolks, and food coloring, if desired; continue blending until strawberries are liquefied.
Add cream and crushed ice; continue blending until ice is liquefied.
Pour at once into serving dishes; let set 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
