German Breakfast Bread

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated lemon rind 2 Tablespoon
  Fine breadcrumbs 1 Tablespoon
  Powdered sugar 1 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
Directions

Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
Heat water to boiling in small saucepan; add butter and stir until melted.
Beat eggs in large bowl; gradually add sugar and continue beating until mixture is light and thick.
Stir in flour mixture, lemon rind, and water mixture.
Grease a 9- x 5- x 3-inch loafpan; dust with breadcrumbs.
Pour mixture into pan; bake at 350° for 1 hour or until cake tester comes out clean.
Cool slightly before removing from pan.
Sprinkle top with sifted powdered sugar.
