Schnitzel Scaloppine In White Wine
|Vegetable burgers||6 , sliced in half|
|Vegetable stock||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|White wine||4 Tablespoon|
Melt the butter in a large frying pan and brown the burgers (about 5 minutes in total).
Remove them from the pan and place in a hot oven to keep warm.
Add the stock, garlic and wine to the hot oil and bring to the boil.
Pour the hot sauce over the hot burgers, and serve immediately.
