Creamed Bratwurst

Ingredients
  Sliced fresh mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Fully cooked bratwurst 12 Ounce, sliced in 1/2 inch pieces (1 Package)
  Snipped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Toast points 1 Dozen (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

In skillet cook mushrooms and onion in butter till vegetables are tender but not brown.
Stir in flour, salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
Add milk all at once; cook and stir till mixture is thickened and bubbly.
Stir in sliced bratwurst and parsley.
Heat through.
