German Potato Salad With Mayonnaise

Ingredients
  Potatoes 4 Large, cubed
  Mild mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  White wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Boil or steam the potatoes until they are just tender but don't fall apart.
Allow them to cool, then place in a large salad bowl.
Mix the remaining ingredients together in a jug.
Pour this sauce over the cooled potatoes, and stir gently until the potatoes are well coated.
