Rueben Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Soft rye bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Shredded sauerkraut 1 Can (10 oz), drained (1 Can)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whole milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Thousand island salad dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Commercial)
  Caraway seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Bacon slices 5
  Shredded swiss cheese 2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)
Directions

Combine first 9 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well.
Shape mixture into a 9- x 5-inch loaf; place on a rack in a lightly greased roasting pan.
Arrange bacon slices over loaf.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese over meat loaf, and bake an additional 5 minutes.
