German Style Cottontail

Ingredients
  Cottontails 2 , cut up
  Bacon grease 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Celery 3 Tablespoon, diced
  Onion 3 Tablespoon, diced
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Peppercorns 6
  Wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Coat rabbits with a small amount of flour.
Fry pieces in skillet in hot bacon grease until well browned.
Remove meat to casserole.
Add 1 Tbsp.flour and 1/4 cup water to drippings in skillet.
Heat to thicken.
Pour over rabbit in casserole.
Add remaining ingredients to casserole, cover and bake 375°F.50 minutes.
