Wild Strawberry Bavarian Cream
|Wild strawberries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Gelatin||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Cold water||2 Tablespoon|
|Boiling water||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Egg whites||2 , beaten stiff|
Pour sugar over berries and let stand 1/2 hour.
Soak gelatin in cold water 5 minutes then dissolve in boiling water.
Add berries to gelatin water along with lemon juice.
Chill until nearly set.
Whip cream and fold into gelatin along with egg whites.
