Baked Spareribs With Sauerkraut

Ingredients
  Spareribs 4 Pound, cut into serving size pieces
  Pepper To Taste
  Canned condensed onion soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned sauerkraut 1 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can Of 1 Pound 11 Ounce)
  Shredded apple 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Caraway 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Sprinkle spareribs with pepper; arrange fat side up in shallow baking pan (14x10 x2 inches).
Bake at 325°F. for 1 1/2 hours turning once.
Remove ribs; pour off fat.
Combine remaining ingredients in pan; top with ribs.
Bake 1 1/2 hours more.
