Baked Spareribs With Sauerkraut
|Spareribs||4 Pound, cut into serving size pieces|
|Canned condensed onion soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned sauerkraut||1 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can Of 1 Pound 11 Ounce)|
|Shredded apple||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Sprinkle spareribs with pepper; arrange fat side up in shallow baking pan (14x10 x2 inches).
Bake at 325°F. for 1 1/2 hours turning once.
Remove ribs; pour off fat.
Combine remaining ingredients in pan; top with ribs.
Bake 1 1/2 hours more.
