Skewered Bratwurst

Ingredients
  Bratwurst 1 Pound (About 6 Brats)
  Light cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Instant minced onion 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coarsely cracked pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Dash
  Canned sauerkraut 16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
Directions

Cut each brat into thirds.
Thread the bratwurst pieces on four skewers.
For sauce, combine light cream, mustard, instant minced onion, pepper, and paprika.
Grill brat pieces over medium-hot coals till heated through, 7 to 8 minutes; turning and brushing often with sauce.
In saucepan heat sauerkraut.
