|Sauerkraut||2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked or canned|
|Caraway seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Ham||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Cooked Smoked Or Fresh)|
|Thinly sliced potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Cooked Or Raw)|
Place sauerkraut in baking dish.
Sprinkle with caraway seeds.
Add cubed ham.
Top with potatoes.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake, uncovered, in preheated hot oven (400°F.) until potatoes are tender and browned, 30 to 45 minutes if cooked ham and cooked potatoes are used, 1 hour if fresh ham and raw potatoes are used.
