Ingredients
  Sauerkraut 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked or canned
  Caraway seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Ham 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Cooked Smoked Or Fresh)
  Thinly sliced potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Cooked Or Raw)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place sauerkraut in baking dish.
Sprinkle with caraway seeds.
Add cubed ham.
Top with potatoes.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake, uncovered, in preheated hot oven (400°F.) until potatoes are tender and browned, 30 to 45 minutes if cooked ham and cooked potatoes are used, 1 hour if fresh ham and raw potatoes are used.
